Fine Cutting and Clip Packaging for a Wide Range of Foods

Food processors in many industries find much to choose from with TIPPER TIE processing and packaging systems. Emulsified products like baby food, vegan pastes, tofu, mashed potatoes, hummus, nut butters and spreads are easily handled with the TTCut fine cutter. This line of batch-process emulsifiers makes consistent cuts between 0.2mm and 3mm at throughputs from 1,200 – 6,000 kg per hour. Additional applications for the TTCut include vegetable spreads, salad dressings, marinades, bakery rework, and frozen fruits and vegetables.

High-strength, leak-proof clip closure is possible for institutional foods such as soups, sauces and gravy.
